Today, Kendall & I met the Gorsline family at the Euless Splash Park for some summer fun in the sun & water! Feydra & I have gotten to know each other a bit better as her son, London, was in my preschool class this past year ... and she substituted at our preschool ... and her youngest Avyn & Kendall are about 2 months apart, so they had been getting to know each other in preschool ... and are becoming sweet little friends.
Kendall was a little unsure about the Splash Park at first, but she looooved watching the other kids running around having fun and she did get pretty soaked by the end!

After playing in the water, we walked over to the school's playground ... Kendall saw the slides as soon as we pulled up to the water park so she was really wanting to try them out.

We had a fun time together ... they are a really sweet family and I've enjoyed getting to know them better this year. We also have been meeting them at the Euless Library each week on Wednesdays for the weekly "StoryTime", then eating lunch out & letting the kids play. Kendall & I are enjoying our summer and doing lots of fun little things throughout the week!
