Thursday, August 13 ... We hit the Dallas Zoo as soon as they opened (to try to avoid the worst of the heat). This was Kendall's first zoo trip and of course, she slept through all of it ... she did great, despite the extreme heat!
Mason LOVES the zoo ... and we were planning on seeing 4 or 5 main animals, eating lunch and heading back home to cool off in the pool! We had a little difficulty reading the zoo map, so we got to see a few more animals than originally planned.
E took these pictures of our day ... well, except this first picture (I took this one ... our only picture of E during the day!)
